married mrs. scott

it feels like i have been super busy lately. you might be saying that's silly because i don't have a job to get up and report to everyday. well between spending time with the husband, friends and family, getting Pistachio going again, and the holidays - time has just been flying.

we picked out our christmas tree (that is now dead), looked at christmas lights (this photo is looking up into the middle of the tree in Andrews part), and i have been making pistachio pretties. love the holidays!

mr. & mrs. scott

we received our wedding photos yesterday. i just looked through them for the second time and i have officially decided they are perfect. i will try and figure out how to post them somewhere so they can be viewed as a slideshow. a special thank you to 207 photocoop for perfectly capturing the evening for us.

and this is my life...

i feel like i have been saying that phrase a lot... "and this is my life." maybe because of the way every room in our house has boxes piled up. or because the kitchen is still a mess from 3 days ago. or because our pantry is bare and i have been trying to make it to target for 5 days now. or because both our cars are filled to the brim with more stuff to pile up in the house.

regardless of these things i don't really have much to complain about. this morning i am drinking coffee, eating a ginger cookie (both from gray owl - mmm, good!) and i love this weather. i spent some quality time with the sisters and mother yesterday and most of my evenings lately have consisted of snuggles on the couch while watching madmen.

i live a pretty posh life.

part three

this little lady greeted us after coming back from the beach one afternoon.

i sort of think seth might have had a crush on her.

the last night we may or may not have had too much fun playing cards at our favorite little bar near the water.

eye of the tiger we love you. kampai, we cannot wait to dine with you again.

this was our last night. can you tell i am not too happy about having to leave???

the entire honeymoon was the perfect balance of fun, relaxation and adventure. we ate great food, lounged by the water, felt our toes in the sand, encountered some wildlife, napped, snorkeled, read, jet skied, played cards and laughed. first week as mrs. seth scott is one i will never forget.

honeybees

i don't want to forget a single moment of our wonderful, full of silly-ness, perfect honeymoon.

this is my husband. ummmm. yes. i have a husband.

this is my first margarita of the week. ps. look at how the ocean winds are playing with my hair.

we napped almost every day under a cabana. this is the ocean we looked at for a week straight. it was magical.

like i said silly.

seth hates this picture. but i love it.

this little guy scared the honey out of us one night.

drinks at the cirque du soleil show.

this night there was a wedding on the beach. we tried to send the bride and groom shots but the bartender told us we had to deliver themselves...long story short...they didn't make it to the bride and groom.

another nap under the cabana.

i'll post more pictures another day. love my husband.
